Guardians

Guardian accounts are created and associated with students with data from your student information system. If a guardian does not seem to be associated with the right student, reach out to your school administrator or Apptegy support.

Guardians will log in through your school app instead of Thrillshare Mobile, and they won't be able to comment on your annoucements or assignments. Guardians will only be able to interact with you via Messages.

If a guardian is having trouble logging into the app, you can also print out/view a handout to help them with access.
