Page Permissions

All Pages will either be Accessible or Restricted. This status will determine the roles that users can be assigned.

Pages can be set to default to Accessible or Restricted in the CMS Settings menu. Any page created from Pages or Site Menu will automatically have this applied, unless you switch the individual page being created to a different status during the creation process.

• Accessible: All users are automatically Owners of accessible pages. This means that all edits to accessible pages will not be moderated and all users will see accessible pages in the Pages menu under CMS V2

• Restricted: Users must be given permission to access Restricted pages. Access to Restricted pages will be determined by the user’s Page Roll. Users will only see Restricted pages in the Pages menu if they are granted access to that page.
