Setting an Intro Message

Intro messages will precede your SMS messages and Voice Calls sent from Alerts.

Add up to 20 characters as part of your SMS Intro Message.

Add your Call Intro Message, this will be read as text to speech before for any TTS (text-to-speech) or Voice Calls.

Then select Refresh All Translations, this will need to be selected any time an edit is made to your call intro message.

When you're ready, select Save Changes.
