Structure Types in Forms

In Forms, the Section structure type can be used to create a Header and Text description between questions.

Sections can be used in a form to add a header and/or text box to give additional context and separation to sections of questions that may relate to each other.

Add a section segment by clicking on the + button in the top left corner of the forum builder in the Content section located below question types.
